The name Isabelle Staub, a freelance artist who made a name for herself by reimagining renowned Disney Princesses, is almost certain to be familiar to you if you spend your days reading through the never-ending feed that is Instagram. It’s possible that you’re not aware of it, but this series also assisted the artist in overcoming a creative roadblock.
Because “Disney has always been a big part of my life,” Isabelle explains, “I wanted to paint the princesses in my own painting style for a little of fun.” Furthermore, she put in a significant amount of effort and time, spending anywhere from 8 to 12 hours on each shot. With the exception of a few final touches in Photoshop, the majority of the work is done in Corel Painter, which is a good thing.
“I’m really looking forward to starting a new series!” It was recommended that we use villains, which I believe would be fantastic. “However, I’m thinking of taking a break from the Disney motif for a little while.”
