For this treatment, you need to add one or two tablespoons of salt to the mid warm water glass and mix well. Next, Swish the rinse around your mouth for ten to twelve seconds, then spit it out. But, make sure you don’t swallow the saltwater.

You can repeat this step three to four days morning & night.

2: Turmeric Paste

Turmeric is one of the best natural home remedies for swollen gums. It has very good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It preventing plaque and gingivitis. You can relive your pain after apply and rub the turmeric paste into the affected area.

It is very easy to prepare. Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix it with a small amount of water until the paste.

After making the paste, you can apply it to the pain area and keep it for at least 10 minutes. After that, clean your mouth using water. You need to repeat this action twice per day until the pain solve.

Get the clean piece of towel and soak it in hot water. Then squeeze the cloth until remove excess water and place it on your face in the area of pain for about 5 to 6 minutes.

For the cold compress, prepare the ice bag and wrap around it using the cloth. In the same way, place it on your face in the area of pain for about 5 to 6 minutes.

You need to repeat this warm & cold compress at least three times per day to relieve the pain of inflammation of the gums.
