It is very important to living an active lifestyle for your health. Active lifestyle means do physical activities the entire day. Physical activities can be included walking, playing, doing exercise, lifting weights, swimming, riding a bicycle, and many more.

However, with a busy lifestyle, some people can not do physical activities throughout the day. So, they need to select a comfortable time of the day and should do the exercise at least one hour daily.

Also, a lack of physical activities can be a reason to weaken your immune system. So, people who are not living an active lifestyle can be easily infected by other communicable diseases.

In this decade people are so busy with their job, family, and other many factors. So, they are felting so much stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental illness. These mental disorders can affect their mood, thinking, and behavior. But, if they can get a short break daily and walk around the town, go to the gym, riding a bicycle, do the backyard work, and etc., it will really help to fix their mood and mental situation.

This is another huge benefit that comes with an active lifestyle. A study done at the University of British Columbia found “Regular exercise changes the brain to improve memory, thinking skills”. According to their results, they found regular aerobic exercise, the kind that gets your heart and your sweat glands pumping, appears to boost the size of the hippocampus, the brain area involved in verbal memory and learning. So, you should do exercises daily to sharpen your memory.

This is another great advantage that comes from doing regular exercise or activities. This happens mainly due to the increase in the size of the hippocampus of the brain and improves memory. Some study shows by doing exercise up to two hours before start work, their creativity boost and help to work smartly throughout the day. That is the main reason of people doing morning exercises.

Personally, I feel great discomfort at the end of the day if I do not do my daily exercises. It is a nightmare for me and sometimes I don’t get sleep quite as well. So, I do my exercises regularly to relax my body.

When you are following an active lifestyle, automatically your body comes to relaxation mode at end of the day. It will really great for your mind as well.
